The Kwok Wu Chuen Martial Arts system can enhance the lives of adults as well as children. Our system has been enhancing the lives of it’s students and communities since 1987 by teaching and promoting the three pillars of the Kwok Wu Chuen Martial Arts Program which are:
1. Life Skills - the development of character and positive attributes.
2. Defense Skills - the ability to defend oneself and having the courage to face adversity, which promotes self-confidence and self-discipline
3. Fitness Skills - being physically and mentally fit which leads to a more healthy and productive life.
